Tea tast like dirt chicken cooked to hard need to open in side back up

Easy to find once you exit the interstate. Took a few minutes to get my order but probably because I ordered grilled chicken sandwich. I'm sure most people don't order that so it wasn't under the lamps ready to go. Staff helpful and checked on my order and didn't ignore me. Some areas could be a little cleaner. I look for that.

Good ham and cajun chicken biscuits but typical fast food service.

Because of this Pandemic, drive-thru action is good, staff are professional and courteous.

First time having it, very good and SO much food i couldn't finish it.

The restaurant was clean and organized and bathrooms were clean also. Service was great and crew was friendly. Food was served fast and was hot and delicious. Tea was near perfect. Dining room was clean and drink station was clean and stocked. My meal was delicious and the price was very reasonable. Good job folk's.

One of the best deals in fast food. Three tender meal for $5. Food tastes good, the tea is hit and miss.

My friend fell at one of the establishments yesterday and not one employee or manager came out to check on her!!!!

It had the texture of microwaved chicken.

Be missing part orders eveytime and be given wrong meals that end up with less food.Can go there with no line and still wait forever for food.Sometimes food ok,but others its gross not like other locations I been too.

Have been putting this one off case I hate giving such a low rating to anyone! But with that said I'm finished with Mr. Bojangles in out intire town. This once great chicken and biscuit restaurant is making at killing handing out cheaper meals through the drive through windows. All stores breakfast meals are a bad experience very very often now. Rarely the correct meal. This morning's steak &egg biscuit was a sorry bacon&egg biscuit. Bojangles is staying in business by cheating us and of course Location Location Location ! So sad to loose what was a great place. Bye now cajun gunk restaurant.

Didn’t listen to me on the headset, got my order wrong and told me she couldn’t change it

Food is good, always takes way too long to get food in drive thru. Up to 30 minutes and no lines on occasion. 7pm so not late

The staff seemed new so service was not that great, but the chicken was good

From out of state, just passing through and never hear of, saw, or ate at a Bojangles before. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm a vegetarian and really enjoyed their macaroni and cheese, Cole slaw, and biscuits.

The chicken was dry and chewie. It was probably sitting under the heat lamp for hours. The fish sandwich was not edible. The fish was yellow and smelled terrible. We threw it away. I would not go back.

This is a well managed location. I tend to avoid this particular franchise but I always look forward to eating at the Chaplin restaurant.

Chicken is very good but peices are too small very small

I would have loved to give them 5 stars but couldn't because the chicken inside my biscuit was about 3/16 of an inch thick and cost almost 5 bucks... it tasted great but probably only cost about 60 cents to make it. So I won't be going back because I work to hard for my money to get ripped off on a biscuit... I will may give them a chance to redeem themselves and do a tailgate special in the future because their chicken really is good but I doubt I will ever do another biscuit in the morning...

Some of THE BEST biscuits I've ever had! The cinnamon ones make me smile. And if you're looking for a yummy sandwich, try the chicken club! Bo-taters, of course, are NOT a healthy choice, but they have just the right amount of tenderness and crunch.👍🏿👌🏽

Drive thru only , good food but they won't let anybody in the dining room even though there's no law that says u cant go in the dining room ????

It's in North/South Carolina Better selection than Popeyes.Equivlent to Kentucky Fried.Big Difference Fish Sandwiches.

New employees are terrible....waited upwards of 30 minutes for food when there was no line

This was absolutely disgusting. The fries were cold and hard, the biscuit tasted rancid, the chicken was dry and definitely not a "cajun" filet, and they didn't even tell us which soda was diet and which was regular. I'll go to the one in newberry from now on.

Biscuits were amazing, chicken strips were about the size of my big toe. Ordered for, got five, so I can't be that upset about it. The ice tea should be exported to countries that need an uplift! Overall, very satisfied.

The fried chicken was blazing, with the biscuit and sweet tea ... hit the spot. This was my first Bojangles so this particular store set a high standard for the rest of the food chain in South Carolina. Employees were polite an food was fresh.

Sausage was a little round stone. Egg was eatable. I threw the biscuit away.

Chicken tenders were hot, and fresh. Fries however were not very good, but they were hot. I think it is the fry being overcooked that makes it somewhat hollow. Overall, staff was friendly and helpful and food was good.

Had a good meal in a clean environment

I have been to this location on several occasions. Recently I had my order taken through the drive-thru. The young man on the headset was very short with me as he took my order. Another team member (young lady) was making smart remarks as I waited for my order. As a result I will spend my money else where.

Walked in right at noon to a bit of a line. Saw fastest service at Bojangles I've ever seen. Lady in charge was packing orders and calling for restocks like a champ!

First and last time to visit this chain. Outside the cashier and cook, it was to much for the other staff to wait on customers. When the very rude team member came from the back she geeked at the cashier and then took the order behind ours and walked away. Manager never said a word shows the type of leadership this store has!! Customer service and friendly attitude is not this restaurant!!

Poor customer service. Management needs to get their employees into gear
